Processing Time
- Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–7 business days.
- Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and order size.
- During sales, holidays, and special events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and package weight.
- FREE SHIPPING is available on qualifying orders when promotional codes are offered.
Domestic Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States using USPS and other available carriers.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Custom Orders
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance for all custom-made orders.
- Custom orders are handmade and created specifically for each customer; therefore, all custom sales are final.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Reids’ Design by Reids’ Visions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery delays or lost packages after tracking has been provided.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
