Processing Time

  • Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and order size.
  • During sales, holidays, and special events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and package weight.
  • FREE SHIPPING is available on qualifying orders when promotional codes are offered.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States using USPS and other available carriers.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Custom Orders

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance for all custom-made orders.
  • Custom orders are handmade and created specifically for each customer; therefore, all custom sales are final.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Reids’ Design by Reids’ Visions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery delays or lost packages after tracking has been provided.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
